We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the organisation's HR function, working closely with the Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement in HR efficiencies.
As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire employment experience for our staff members, from recruiting top talent and induction to training, development, and talent management. You will help us attract and retain top performers and champion modern employment practices.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Retention
o Collaborate with internal teams to forecast hiring needs.
o Attract top talent that aligns with our values and enhances organisational capabilities.
* Learning & Development
o Support managers by developing Performance Management Systems and provide feedback on employee performance.
o Develop and implement management training on key HR issues.
* Compliance
o Manage and maintain employee records and data in line with GDPR.
o Audit existing staff contracts and identify areas for improvement.
* People Culture & Engagement
o Collaborate on initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
o Create programmes and initiatives that engage employees and promote a resident-focused, respectful culture.
To succeed in this role, you will require a degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources and 3-5 years' experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role. Proven experience working with HRIS systems is also essential. Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance in healthcare is desirable.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny. Candidates must be based in the region or willing to commute/relocate here. A valid visa/work permit and eligibility to work permanently in Ireland are required.
