Civil Foremen play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day site operations and leading teams to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include:
 * Supervising and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
 * Ensuring timely completion, high-quality standards, and adherence to project plans.
 * Working on groundwork aspects of projects, including excavation, foundation work, and infrastructure development.
 * Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to inform decision-making.
 * Monitoring site safety and ensuring health and safety regulations compliance through regular inspections and audits.
 * Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
 * Conducting site inspections to identify issues or concerns and addressing them promptly.
 * Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to plans.
Requirements for Success
 * Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in residential construction, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
 * Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members effectively.
 * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, with a keen eye for detail.
 * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
 * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
 * Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
