* Monitor and analyze your store's Sales & Profit KPIs, taking proactive measures to optimize results.
* You oversee store operations, maintaining best practices that align with the Area vision.
People & Teams:
* You are responsible for employee relations, legal requirements, and adhering to H&M policies.
* You recruit, train, develop, and manage succession planning for your Store.
* You evaluate team performance through regular dialogues, development plans, and feedback to foster leadership and support business needs.
* You ensure compliance with health & safety standards, local legislation, and security protocols.
