* Coordinating operational standards, including environmental, front, and back-of-house cleanliness, organisation, administration, and security
* Overseeing stock levels and inventory management
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints effectively
* Preparing and presenting reports on staffing and sales performance
* Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records
* Assessing and improving profitability, setting targets and implementing strategies for growth
* Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives
Leadership and Team Management
