Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering business analysis and solution documentation for small to mid-sized client engagements. You will act as the primary SME during delivery, supporting design, testing, and deployment phases and ensuring alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis & Solution Design
* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define
Target Operating Models
, engagement scope, and end-to-end solutions.
* Capture and transform client requirements into clear configuration and product specifications.
* Identify gaps, issues, and required product or capability enhancements.
* Work closely with Solution Leads, Solution Directors, and Technical Solution Architects to resolve solution gaps.
* Document full solution scope and hand over deliverables to Product and Development teams.
* Maintain inventory of impacted components, interfaces, and dependencies.
* Act as the SME and main point of contact during delivery, test, and deployment phases.
* Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and follow established methodologies.
* Provide reporting and escalate risks or deviations to Solution Leads / Directors as needed.
2. Segment & Vertical Proposition Development
* Identify opportunities for new product features or technical components, enhancing client value and platform performance.
* Recommend improvements to existing solutions and platform capabilities.
* Build expertise in specific verticals or market segments and support solution evolution within the EMEA region.
Experience Required:
3+ years
of experience in functional delivery, ideally in a
client-facing
environment.
Strong experience designing and documenting solutions using standard methodologies:
* Target Operating Models
* Business Process Definitions
* Use Case Modelling
* User Stories
* Process Flows
* Sequence Diagrams
* Data Models
* Customer Journeys
Background in
Payments
or
Financial Services
solutions.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across complex organizations.
Fluent English and Spanish
