The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
Learning & Development Co-ordinator;
you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning initiatives across the organisation. From managing graduate and apprentice programmes to overseeing learning systems and compliance training, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Graduate Induction Programme and manage rotation schedules
* Facilitate regular check-ins, performance conversations, and objective setting
* Coordinate IBEC Accreditation logistics and speaker sessions
* Support graduate offboarding and monitor programme budgets
Learning Systems & Technology
* Own the relationship with our Learning Management System (LMS)
* Manage enrolments, renewals, reporting, and vendor communications
Compliance Training & Audit Support
* Track training completions and renewals for audit readiness
* Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
* Monitor apprentice progress and liaise with colleges
* Maintain training documentation and communicate updates to HR
Learning & Development Coordination
* Manage online learning platforms and publish a monthly Learning Newsletter
* Coordinate training logistics, bookings, and payments
* Maintain training records and identify external funding opportunities
* Support internal programmes, events, and SAP processes
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a coordination role (L&D experience preferred)
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Experience with enterprise LMS systems is a plus
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
