INFORM3 are seeking an experienced Site Foreman for an established construction contractor to oversee a range of construction and refurbishment projects across the Clare and Limerick region.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Site Foreman Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise site personnel.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
Enforce health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and safety documentation.
Site Foreman Requirements
Proven experience as a Foreman within the construction industry.
Strong background in refurbishment, fit-out, and general construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and site management practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Full driving licence.
Relevant trade qualification or construction-related certification desirable.
