Procurement Administrator Reports to: Procurement Manager Location:CJK Office North City Business Park, North Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Procurement Administrator to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. Working within a fast-paced Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment, you will play a key role in supporting our procurement operations and helping deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Raise and manage purchase orders for materials, plant, and subcontract services. Liaise with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods. Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and delivery schedules. Assist in obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and ensuring best value. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control. Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and project requirements. Requirements: Previous experience in a procurement or administrative role (construction/M&E background preferred). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
