We are currently recruiting Golf Events Executive to join our team at Carton House.
Key responsibilities

Coordinate the planning and execution of golf tournaments, corporate days and member events.
Manage event administration, including registrations, participant communications, tee sheets and event documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with our members anticipating their needs.
To have complete knowledge of the hotel, golf, estate and the products and services it offers.
Work closely with Director of Golf to establish key objectives and activities.
To ensure all administrative procedures run professionally.
To provide excellent customer service at all times.
Support departmental managers proactively in response to business or guest needs,
Be the first point of contact for members and event guests, providing personalized, seamless service.
Perform receptionist duties as needed, supporting front-of-house presence in the golf department.
Produce timely reports and ensure documentation such as billing, deposits, and contracts is complete and confidential.
Maximise all sales and upselling opportunities, contributing to department and resort revenue goals.
Promote golf and resort products and services to all guests and members.

Key requirements

Previous experience in similar role.
Strong organizational skills/project management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to operate within a highly pressurized and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative.
Good presentation and influencing skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
Adaptable and enjoys a variety of different tasks.
Knowledge of golf and the golf industry is desirable but not essential.
