Senior Engineering Lead
Our organization requires a senior engineering lead to oversee multiple projects and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
The successful candidate will provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to engineers, site managers, and project teams.
* Manage the engineering function across multiple projects.
* Oversee temporary works, method statements, and engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
The role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required standard. This will involve managing a team of engineers and technicians, coordinating with design teams and consultants, and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Chartered Engineer (CEng MIEI) status with Engineers Ireland, or working towards chartership.
* 7+ years experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior engineering/management role.
