As a senior management professional, you will be responsible for supporting adults in residential services and assisting them in developing independent living skills. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively as part of a committed team, providing guidance and support to individuals to help them achieve their goals.
This position requires strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to develop and implement strategic plans. You will also have experience working in the health/social care sector, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
In addition, you should have a postgraduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management, as well as at least 3 years of senior management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
You should also have demonstrable experience of strategic planning and have worked in the health/social care sector for at least 5 years.
