They are now looking to hire an experienced Production Manager to lead their busy production facility, based in Clare.
THE ROLE: As the Production Manager, you will manage the production team, some of your tasks will include: Manage all things management and leadership for the production team including training, motivating the team along with output, efficiencies, material sourcing, costs, inventory, etc.
Manage a team of 9 direct reports and 20 indirect reports.
The team leaders will report to you directly, and the technicians and operators will be your indirect reports.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and liaise with all senior-level directors within the business for strategy meetings.
This role is M-F, 5 days per week on site in Clare.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with experienced senior-level Production Managers within the production, healthcare, science sector.
Ideally, you will have experience in the scientific sector however this is not essential.
Experience managing a busy production department is essential.
Ideally, you will have an engineering or science qualification, but this is not essential.
People management experience is also essential, as this is a senior-level position.
We will consider manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, production managers, operation managers with a technical engineering or science background.
