Project Development Lead
Oversee a new housing development in Edenderry from inception to completion.
* Develop project plans, budgets and procurement schedules
* Manage design coordination and technical queries
* Oversight of site teams, subcontractors and workflows
* Maintenance of quality and regulatory standards
This is a key leadership position for a residential construction company. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing housing developments and proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish.
