* Food planning, preparation, and delivery to support operations at sea and ashore.
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency in a well-structured kitchen team.
* Menu planning, stock control, and provisioning for varying operation durations.
* Supporting the training, supervision, and mentoring of junior and trainee chefs.
* Participating in emergency response situations, including fire-fighting and damage control exercises as part of the crew duties.
Responsibilities

* Manage food supplies, maintaining stock levels and ordering provisions as required.
