About the Role
This position will be a combination of on-the-road meetings with potential customers as well as in-office work. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the heart of our sales and commercial growth, driving new business, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new sales through outbound calls, inbound leads, and targeted campaigns.
* Connect with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Build and run marketing campaigns, understanding the full marketing funnel.
* Qualify leads and initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers.
* Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client data and track performance.
* Contribute to breaking into new markets and spearheading regional/national campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Requirements:

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to handle and interpret data.
