Overall Package: €65k The Role: Overseeing the onboarding of new clients and managing matters for existing clients. Building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Initially handling Irish listing applications (Central Bank of Ireland / Euronext Dublin), with the potential to expand into managing a broader range of international listings over time. This includes preparing all necessary listing documentation, such as reviewing listing documents for compliance with national regulator/stock exchange rules, completing application forms and cover letters, and collating client AML documentation as required. Managing regulatory filings with the Central Bank of Ireland and Euronext Dublin. Securing international identifier codes (ISIN, CFI, FISN, and LEI) for clients. Providing ad hoc support to the team as needed. The Candidate: Previous experience working in a Listing Executive/Advisor position. Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work. Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure. Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong IT skills.
