My client, a well-established mid-size building contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, is seeking an experienced
Contracts Manager
to oversee apartment projects in Limerick.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Lead project teams and ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved
* Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and contract administration
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
* Report regularly on progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up)
* Strong experience in student accommodation or apartment / residential schemes
* Excellent commercial, contractual and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
