The Opportunity
We are looking for hands-on Development Managers who can contribute to highly scaled web products and mobile applications. The role requires strong leadership and people development skills, guiding one or more engineering teams, while staying technically hands-on and maintaining high engineering standards.
Project Description: This project centers on building advanced customer-facing AI-powered bots to elevate user experiences across platforms, simplifying the pre-booking journey with quick, accurate responses.
In this Role, you’ll get to
* Maintain ownership and responsibility of mission-critical systems.
* Guide one or more Agile teams to success.
* Engage in full stack, server, and mobile app engineering and mentor server, client, and infrastructure staff to the best solutions.
* Directly manage between 5 and 10 technology professionals and be responsible for their performance.
What you’ll Need to Succeed
* At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams of 3+ people and 5+ years of software engineering experience.
* Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Redux, JavaScript, SASS, performance optimization).
* Knowledge of back-end development with Kotlin and/or Python preferred.
* Experience with scale, microservices, and clean architecture.
* Excellent people management and communication skills.
* B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred.
It's Great if you have
* Machine Learning, GPT, prompt engineering and AI project experience.
* Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or related AI/ML technologies.
