Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate 1 in the Trailer Fee department.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to trailer fee procedures, job aids, and operational controls. You will also be responsible for inputting high-quality trailer fee contract setups and terms, developing an understanding of the trailer fee omnibus model, and performing accurate input of omnibus positions on behalf of our clients' distributors.
You will analyze trailer fee calculation outputs, justify variances, and respond promptly to client and broker queries received into the team mailbox. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deliver quality client service via written email responses and periodic client calls.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Knowledge Transfer Agency or experience within Financial Sector (1+ years) desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work 'right first time'
* Excellent customer service skills and 'can do' attitude
* Analytical mindset with evidence of problem-solving experience
* Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
* High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
