Share Plans Controller Job Type:Permanent Salary: €55,000-€70,000 DOE Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Flexible) Location:Kingscourt, Co. Cavan At Osborne, we are currently recruiting for aShare Plans Controlleron behalf of our client, a global leader in the manufacturing sector. This is a key position within the Company Secretarial and Governance team, providing support in the administration and oversight of employee share plans. This role would suit an experienced share plan administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and compliance-driven environment. Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee share plan records in the administration platform Administer a range of employee share plans (e.g. APSS, PSPs, PSUs, DBSs) Accurately process transactions related to grants, vesting, exercises, and releases Manage share plan timelines, including key dates for grants, expiries, and reporting Respond to employee queries, ensuring clear and professional communication Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting on share plan participation and activity Liaise with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax) and external vendors (brokers, trustees, administrators) Support corporate governance functions and compliance activities Assist with audit preparation and ensure data integrity across systems Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Essential: Minimum 5 years experience in share plan administration Experience using platforms such as EquatePlus, Equiniti, Global Shares or similar Strong understanding of employee equity plans (e.g. APSS, share options) Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Desirable: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Fiach OByrne or call Osborne Recruitment on.
