Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care to residents Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure. Organise daily work plans with nursing staff. Support all aspects of residents daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship. Requirements QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent) 2+ years experience in elder care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong supervisory and motivational skills OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree Skills: Care Skills Communication Skills Care for the Elderly
