Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end process for data subject rights requests, including access, deletion, and complaint handling.
* Oversight of daily data privacy queries, ensuring prompt tracking, investigation, and response to notifications and ad hoc requests from internal teams.
* SUPPORTING analysis of data privacy incidents and collaboration on drafting practical solutions to mitigate risks.
* Maintenance of comprehensive records of data processing to enable effective oversight, reporting, and audit readiness.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of GDPR relevant data protection legislations applicable in Ireland, the EU, and the UK.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and adaptability, prioritisation, and deadline management.
* Effective communication skills with clarity, comprehensiveness, and conciseness in written communications.
