This is a critical leadership role focused on securing multi-million and multi-billion Euro programs of work across key sectors, includingWater, Rail, Highways, Marine, and Defence.With a competitive salary of up to€120,000, this position requires a proven work-winner who can lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle, driving strategic thinking and ensuring the delivery of compelling, compliant, and commercially robust tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesBid Strategy & Leadership: Lead and manage the entire "work winning" process for major infrastructure tenders. Develop and articulate the win strategy, value proposition, and competitive differentiators for each bid opportunity.Tender Management: Take full ownership of the bid lifecycle, ensuring all stages—from qualification and planning to execution, review, and submission—are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.Content Development: Oversee and contribute significantly to the writing and editing of high-quality, persuasive narrative content, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational inputs are seamlessly integrated.Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary bid teams, effectively coordinating input from estimating, planning, design, operations, commercial, and legal subject matter experts across the organization.Risk & Commercial Review: Work closely with the Commercial and Estimating teams to ensure all tenders accurately reflect the cost, contractual requirements, and risk profile associated with complex infrastructure projects (e.g., GCCC, NEC, FIDIC ).Client Engagement: Prepare and lead client presentations, clarification meetings, and interviews, acting as a senior representative of the firm during the bid process.Governance & Knowledge Management: Implement rigorous bid governance, processes, and procedures.
