Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across all products produced in-house or at third-party manufacturers.
* Ensure that the regulatory information on new raw materials and product/packaging declarations retrieved from suppliers and TPMs is compliant with selling market's regulatory requirements.
* Complete regulatory reviews of new products (in NPD projects) and existing products going to new markets to ensure regulatory compliance in the market.
* Develop regulatory relevant content related to regulatory tasks on labels, claims, and business communications and keep this content up to date with respect to current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide regulatory consult in development of product specifications, claims, labels, services, and communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Manage monthly review meeting (3M - Measure, Meet, and Manage) of day-to-day tasks and Developing Tomorrow projects.
* Support business by managing regulatory requests to ensure timely response to customers' regulatory queries and internal regulatory requests.
Required Skills:
* 1-2 year experience in product regulatory compliance & specification management.
* Experience in agricultural, food & dairy industry.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Cross functional coordination and stakeholder management.
