About the Team
Workday is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Dublin offices, building relationships with new customers and collaborating closely with the accounts management team across EMEA to drive sales activity.
About the Role
In this role you will apply consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
Success relies on using effective selling strategies to position Workday as an alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications.
You will generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting at enterprise companies.

About You
Basic Qualifications
Advanced language skills in Dutch and English.
At least 1 year's experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, or internships.
Other Qualifications
Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Ability to articulate the value and potential of technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Business acumen: absorb new concepts and showcase a passion for innovation to delight and inspire prospects.
Accountability: a highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Our Approach to Flexible Work

Teams are required to spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or in the field, while enjoying flexibility to design schedules that meet business, team, and personal needs.
