* Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will work within a fast-paced environment, supporting the Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Manager in day-to-day tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Create and update various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Provide data to business stakeholders and respond to customer queries.
3. Raise and report internal and external deviations in Q-Pulse.
4. Support customer audits as requested.
5. Update and administer procedures in Q-Pulse.
6. Work with the management team and customer services to progress CAPAs and OFIs.
7. Investigate customer queries and make decisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager or Assistant Quality Manager.
8. Ensure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-Pulse.
9. Actively attend continuous improvement meetings, producing presentations and minutes (including 8D and ERR).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Ability to operate Microsoft Excel/Word (creating graphs, WI, process maps).
* Eye for detail and quality consciousness.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and methodical approach to work.
* Organized and diligent with attention to detail and good level of accuracy.
