Administrative Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our site and management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration and wants to take their skills to the next level.

* Provide full administrative support, including managing shift payroll process, Kronos T&A (time cards), and weekly payroll files;
* Act as the Kronos point of contact and partner with Operations Supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
* Handle correspondence, manage databases, schedule meetings, maintain records, administer communications, support plant visits and tours, travel bookings, expense administration, vendor set ups, SAP activities, and plant tour preparation;
* Support the site Vitality team, handle lockers and PPE issues, and assist with onboarding processes.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* At least 3 years of significant administration experience, working with various systems;
* Knowledge and understanding of basic payroll principles;
* Excellent experience in offline and Excel trackers;
* A process improvement mindset, able to work under tight timelines and deadlines;
* High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
