The Role:
* Pioneering the L&D function to conceptualize and execute a visionary learning strategy
* Directing a team of 3 L&D professionals
* Designing and executing leadership development programs for Senior Management
* Overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) across all sites
You will be responsible for infusing learning into every aspect of the organization from entry-level to executive leadership. This is a high-impact, senior-level role that demands a proactive, energetic and solutions-driven approach.
