What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and cooking dishes to spec, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
* Managing your own section (grill, fry, or prep) with confidence and speed
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations
* Helping maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with food regulations
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
