Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
3. Cost and Resource Management: Effectively control project costs, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure adherence to budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with sustainability standards, including energy audits, lifecycle assessments, and renewable energy integration.
5. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery and avoid delays.
Key Requirements:
7. Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, particularly with renewable energy retrofit and solar PV projects.
8. Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, sustainability standards, and the regulatory framework for energy performance optimisation.
9. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, sustainability, or a related field.

Are you a driven Contracts Manager with a background in Retrofit? In this pivotal role, you'll manage contracts from initial setup to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors once a site goes live, overseeing multiple projects while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
16. Meet with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
17. Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to scope.
18. Oversee health and safety compliance, preparing necessary documentation.
19. Collaborate with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors to track changes and variations.
20. Coordinate labour, materials, and resources effectively.
What We're Looking For:
21. Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in Retrofit and knowledge and experience of SEAI guidance.
22. Knowledge of Building Regulations and SR54 Code of Practice for Retrofitting works
23. Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
24. Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar).
25. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
26. Full driving license
