Job Title: Operations Manager
Manage the daily operations of a fast-paced food production environment, overseeing multiple production lines and supervising General Operatives.
* Supervise and coordinate employees to meet operational targets and maintain a safe work environment.
* Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and quality control measures.
* Monitor output and quality, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and waste.
* Provide training and coaching to employees to improve performance and efficiency.
* Manage shift schedules and task allocation in line with production demands.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including production documentation.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process changes as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably within food manufacturing.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8am to 5.30pm.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our food production facility.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
