Customer Services Representative
Overview
In this role you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and finance teams. This position focuses on managing customer accounts, supporting commercial activity, and ensuring efficient order handling while contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
8. Act as a central contact for internal teams, providing day-to-day support on customer accounts, orders, and commercial queries.
9. Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring correct pricing, margin compliance, and product availability.
10. Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to support pricing decisions and uphold margin objectives.
11. Review customer purchasing activity to highlight opportunities for increased sales, improved margins, and account growth.
12. Supply accurate product, cost, and pricing data to assist with quotations, tenders, and contractual discussions.
13. Produce regular commercial reports, including sales results, margin performance, and pricing analysis.
14. Operate ERP systems (such as SAP) to manage orders, inventory levels, and customer records.
15. Investigate and help resolve issues related to invoicing, pricing discrepancies, and delivery concerns, escalating where appropriate.
16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data across internal systems.
17. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining order-to-cash activities and enhancing service levels.
18. Develop awareness of market conditions, competitor pricing, and industry developments to support commercial planning.
19. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational and commercial priorities.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
20. 3–5 years' experience in customer service, sales coordination, or commercial support roles.
21. Hands-on experience using ERP platforms, with SAP knowledge highly desirable.
22. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
23. Solid understanding of pricing structures, margins, and sales-related financial concepts.
24. Exposure to sales or account management processes is advantageous.
25. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced with ERP systems.
26. Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Ensures high standards when managing pricing,
27. Proactive Team Contributor: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
