Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain high standards of service, set up, and floor presence management to ensure seamless guest experiences;

* Maintain accurate financial records related to staffing costs and maximize sales opportunities through effective forecasting and reporting;

Requirements for Success:
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years' experience as Supervisor / Manager of a busy restaurant environment.
