We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Food Preparation & Service: Manage a section of the kitchen, coordinating with Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to deliver daily menus, maintaining consistency and quality.
* Staff Supervision: Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
* Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Inventory Management: Support stock management, ordering, rotation, and waste minimization initiatives.
* Team Collaboration: Foster efficient collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operation during peak service periods.
