Bid Administrator - Construction Management Consultancy - North Cork

Our client is a professional services company specialising in Project Management, Commercial Management, Property Assessment, Asset Management and Consulting across the Construction, Infrastructure and Property Sectors.
They are seeking a Bid Administrator to join the Tendering team.
This is a full-time, permanent staff office.This role supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions that contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and eTender prequalification documents and quotes,
Coordinate and gather information, to complete bid response
Ensure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time
Format and proofread proposal content to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
Maintain and organise the tender document library and bid templates
Track bid deadlines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of submission timelines
Support the preparation of bid presentations and supporting documents
Assist with contract reviews and administrative compliance checks
Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams

Requirements
Relevant third-level qualification preferred
Training or certification in bid/proposal writing (e.g. APMP) is an advantage
Previous experience in bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role, including eTenders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail with strong document formatting skills
Leadership skills to plan, manage and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
Significant base of IT skills including MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point
High level of commercial understanding and application
A successful track record working closely in partnership with clients, contractors and design teams
A positive, proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios
Strong interpersonal/people skills with the ability to work in and manage teams
Self-motivated with ability to work in an unstructured environment
