Construction Administrator Role
This role involves providing comprehensive support across the business, ensuring all documentation and communications are maintained to a high standard.
* Administrative assistance will be provided to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
* Documentation, records, and filing systems must be maintained in line with company standards.
* Liaising with site teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of required project information.
* General office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks will be assisted with as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word is expected.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills are required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment is essential.
