We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about developing innovative AI solutions that solve real customer problems to join us on this journey. You will contribute to both frontend and backend development. You'll also get into the data, talk and listen to our customers, and help shape the direction of our product. This role offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technology with a team that values experimentation, support, and speed. While we are primarily remote within the area, we do have a WeWork space to get together in-person.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend and frontend functionality with clean, well-designed codePropose solutions to customer problems and work closely with the Product and GTM teams to prioritize platform developmentsDocument key decisions, ideas, and approachesTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsContribute actively to the full project lifecycleUnderstand the product, codebase, and contribute to ongoing and new projectsAbout YouExperience implementing well-designed, testable solutionsProficient in Python and willing to learn new technologies across the full stackStrong product-driven mindset, with a passion for solving customer problemsCollaborative, adaptable team player with strong communication skillsExperience with VueJS and LLMs is a plusInterview ProcessInitial Screen with the Hiring Manager to share your experience (1 hour)Check In Call with the Head of People to understand your motivations and expectations (30 minutes)Take Home Technical Exercise followed by a live discussion with 1-2 team members to assess your technical ability (1 hour)Meet our Co-founder (CTO) to discuss Inscribe’s vision and align on values (45 minutes)Final candidates will have the chance to meet with our other Co-founder (CEO) to answer any lingering questions about the opportunity (30 minutes)BenefitsAt Inscribe, we are building a company and culture where everyone can produce their best work.
