Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in a busy store at Douglas Court, Cork.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
Salary starts at €37,000, negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with overall store performance and day-to-day operations.
Plan and prioritise workloads, delegate tasks and manage the schedule of the team.
Lead, drive and motivate the team to meet daily sales and service targets.
Ensure an excellent customer-service culture and assist customers to find the right solutions.
Support product ordering, manage replenishment of stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance with health & safety regulations.
Effectively merchandise, display products and create compelling in-store offers.
Deliver employee performance reviews and support development of the team.
Build strong relationships with Dunnes Store Management teams to promote a harmonious working environment.
Manage the store's operations, ensuring compliance with all store policies.
