WSP's Rail team is growing in Ireland and Northern Ireland, and we're building a pipeline of talent across multiple disciplines.

Where you could fit
We welcome interest from candidates at Graduate, Engineer/Senior, Principal, and Associate/Associate Director levels across areas such as:
Rail Operations & Planning (capacity, timetabling, operational modelling)
Systems Engineering & Safety Assurance
Telecoms & Digital Systems/Digital Engineering
MEP (Rail Stations & Depots)
Project & Design Management
What you'll do
Contribute to concept and feasibility studies, detailed design and assurance for new and existing rail assets
Apply data driven methods (e.g., simulation, digital engineering) to improve safety, reliability and performance
Collaborate in multi disciplinary teams, engaging stakeholders and delivery partners
Support work winning through proposals, thought leadership and client relationships
Coach junior colleagues and share best practice as part of a supportive, learning culture
What you'll bring
Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, transport planning or related discipline
Experience in one or more of the disciplines listed above; rail consultancy or client/contractor background welcome
A proactive, delivery focused mindset, with strong teamwork and communication skills
Working knowledge of Irish and/or UK rail standards (desirable)
Progress toward professional accreditation/chartership (or already attained)
