PepTalk is expanding into the operational data center space — bringing our proven impact on worker morale, safety, and culture into live mission-critical environments. We’re seeking a commercially-minded leader who understands the dynamics of complex operational sites and can grow this vertical with confidence and credibility. A passion for innovation and frontline execution is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Growth
* Lead the commercial rollout of PepTalk’s DC Ops solution across the US and EU
* Engage with hyperscalers, facility operators, and contractors to drive adoption and revenue
* Build and close site-based opportunities with long-term, recurring value
* Shape pricing and packaging based on on-the-ground customer realities
* Oversee onboarding and roll-out in live site environments data centers — ensuring adoption across shift teams, vendors, and EHS leaders
* Drive measurable impact across morale, safety, and operational performance
* Expand existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell within contractor and hyperscaler networks
* Build credibility with site teams and portfolio leaders through experience, insight, and trust
* Represent PepTalk at relevant events and customer forums
* Feed frontline learnings into product direction, messaging, and materials
Ideal Profile
* 5+ years in a relevant operational environment — ideally mission critical/ data centers, facilities management, or safety-led industrial sectors
* Strong grasp of live site dynamics, including contractor management, EHS, and reliability standards
* Commercial track record — able to open doors, build trust, and close deals
Based in the EU, with frequent travel to the US and across Europe
