, who require an experienced
Cost Accountant
to join their finance team on an
initial 2–3 month temporary contract
.

will work closely with operational and senior management teams, providing critical cost analysis, insight and reporting to support short-term decision-making and business performance.

The Role:
Analyse product, operational and manufacturing costs to support margin improvement
Prepare and maintain detailed cost models, forecasts and variance analysis
Partner with operations and finance leadership to support short-term commercial decisions
Review standard costing and support updates where required
Provide accurate, timely reporting to support month-end and management reviews
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
The Person:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience
Proven experience working in a
Cost Accountant
or similar commercial finance role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and challenge data
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Available to start immediately or at very short notice
The Rewards:
€70,000 – €80,000 salary equivalent (pro rata for contract duration)
Initial 2–3 month temporary contract
