Electrical Training Officer Job Description
About the Role:
The Electrical Training Officer position is a key role in providing training, development, and assurance services to our business. This includes delivering specialist training in Plant Operations & Generation Station Electrical Practices. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of electrical processes and procedures, deliver electrical switching operations, and provide innovative solutions to develop and maintain staff technical competence.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical & electrical training courses to our personnel.
* Interpret complex electrical descriptions and deliver technical training courses to our staff.
* Evaluate and modernise existing training courses and materials.
* Provide expert advice and support to our Technical Capability Delivery team.
