Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for carrying out site inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures, and promoting a proactive approach to health and safety among employees and site staff. They will also work closely with department managers to implement a positive health and safety culture and support the Managing Director in developing and improving a healthy health and safety culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
* At least 3-5 years experience in a Health and Safety role within the Construction industry
* IT literate with excellent communication skills
