Sponsorship is not available.Role Overview:We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to provide operational support to Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities within a large, enterprise IT environment in the energy/utilities sector. The role focuses on triage and validation of change requests, administration of standard changes through an ITSM platform, and maintaining forward planning and scheduling for CAB. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role suited to someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in IT service management.Key Responsibilities:Triage and validate incoming change requestsProcess standard changes through the ITSM tool (SysAid)Route change requests for approval in line with governance processesMaintain and update the 4-week forward change forecast and CAB calendarSupport CAB administration and preparationEnsure accuracy and quality of change records and documentationLiaise with technical and business stakeholdersAssist with tracking and reporting using ExcelRequirements:Experience in an IT administration, IT operations, service desk, or ITSM support roleUnderstanding of ITIL and Change Management processesExperience using ITSM tools (SysAid highly desirable)High attention to detail with strong organisational skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsCompetent with Microsoft ExcelComfortable working in a structured, process-led environment
