Job Overview
We are looking for
Spanish-speaking Content Moderators
to join our growing team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards.

who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, analyze, and moderate content in Spanish according to established policies and guidelines
* Identify and take action on content that violates platform standards
* Make accurate and consistent decisions while meeting quality and productivity targets
* Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content in a professional manner
* Escalate complex cases when required
* Work closely with team leads and quality teams to maintain high standards
Requirements
* Native or fluent
Spanish (C2)
* English level B2 or higher
* Minimum
6 months of experience in a Contact Center or BPO environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
* Good judgment and decision-making skills
* Ability to work on-site in Dublin
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
Nice to Have
* Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or social media support
* Familiarity with online community standards and digital platforms
