Project Coordinator Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for career-driven individuals to grow and develop within a dynamic organization.

* Schedule works through various work management systems including Citrix and Maximo.
* Programme work streams and liaise with site crews and supervisors.
* Create, monitor, and appraise Work Orders and Service Requests using Excel (Pivot tables) for detailed reporting.

Maintain the Shareridge workflow management system (Geo Pal). Utilize GIS mapping to programme works and raise Service Requests. Training will be provided for GIS but experience in any form of computer-aided design would be an advantage.
This role plays a key part in the Workflow department handling multiple administrative duties. Key skills required include proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook; degree-qualified in construction or civil-related discipline; strong communication interpersonal skills; proficient ability to record interpret analyse data both quantitative qualitative;
We operate nationwide across various sectors scheduling requirements at crucial points of the process making this role highly demanding yet rewarding.
