JSD is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its team. The position is an 18‑month contract in Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and/or Contracts Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSite management of the project in compliance with company policy.Supervise and manage contractors and employees.Maintain good relationships with clients.Interface with the Project Manager.Ensure works are carried out in the most efficient manner possible to achieve optimum commercial results.Ensure contract costs are managed within the budget.Monitor construction with regard to Quality & Safety.Attend site meetings.Skills & QualificationsDegree qualified.Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position.Good IT skills; CAD experience is an advantage.Knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.Excellent communicator and motivated team player.Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
