MKO is seeking to recruit a Project Administrator to join its Operations team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be an outgoing, personable individual who thrives in a busy and fast-paced office environment.
1. Support project managers with accurate information recording including time and project expenses.
2. Monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP) and work with project managers to hit financial targets.
3. Liaison between the project managers and the Operations team.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining project databases and status reports, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
2. Overseeing the preparation, submission, and tracking of tender documents in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Tender (ITT).
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent computer IT skills across a range of software packages and IT platforms.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment and work on their own initiative.
* A proven track record in organisational ability.
