Job Description
As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our club members. You will receive comprehensive training through our academy to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include creating a welcoming environment, acting as the first point of contact for members, and addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club during opening hours, supporting the Club Manager with marketing and sales initiatives, and contributing to general cleaning duties.
Furthermore, you will handle membership enquiries, process sales, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
In order to excel in this role, you will need:
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Flexibility in Working Hours
* Pool/Lifeguard Certification and First Aid Training
* NCEF Qualification or Equivalent
