The business is seeking an experienced
Senior Cost Manager
to join its Dublin team and play a key role in delivering cost management services across a diverse portfolio of international projects. The role will sit within a well-established cost management team and report to an Associate Director or Director level.
This position has been created to support continued growth across multiple regions, driven by sustained client demand and expanding project pipelines. The Senior Cost Manager will take responsibility for leading cost control on complex projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
This role will suit a commercially focused professional who enjoys client-facing responsibility, structured project environments, and the opportunity to work across multiple sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities
* Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services
* Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies
* Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control
* Lead procurement strategies and tender processes
* Administer contracts and manage change control
* Prepare and negotiate final accounts
* Identify and manage commercial risk and value opportunities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Support and mentor intermediate-level cost managers
* Contribute to continuous improvement of cost systems and processes
Criteria for the Role
* Significant experience in cost management within consultancy environments
* Proven delivery on large-scale or complex construction projects
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) preferred
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects across different regions
